S&P Global Dow Jones Indices is seeking an AI Automation Enablement Specialist in Mexico City (Hybrid 2 days onsite). The role accelerates automation adoption through training, workshops, co-build support, and governance, enabling business users to build higher-quality solutions with less reliance on the core RPA team.

The team leads structured Power Automate training and governance, helping users translate business requirements into scalable, compliant automation using Power Platform and AI

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, or low-code/no-code development.
• 3+ years hands-on experience on building Copilot Agent and/or other AI tools.
• Experience with Databricks is a big plus.

Responsabilidades

• Automation solution design: Evaluate use cases, design practical workflows, and recommend appropriate automation approaches.
• Power Platform development: Build, troubleshoot, and support Power Automate flows, Power BI reporting, and all other tools in Power Platform.
• AI/RPA enablement: Help users apply AI and automation tools to real business scenarios.
• Training and facilitation: Deliver structured learning sessions, workshops, office hours, and project showcases.
• Stakeholder management: Collaborate with business developers, champions, team leads, application teams, and corporate technology teams.
