HSBC Mexico is seeking a Senior Portafolio Services Manager to oversee portfolio management support activities within the Transformation/PMO/Management Services function. You will support portfolio and value management, risk and cost oversight, and coordinate with senior leaders to drive priorities.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, solid experience managing large technology investment portfolios, and strong leadership and communication skills to influence across teams and disciplines

Formación

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Intermediate English, including written communication.
Experience managing long-term technology investment portfolios valued at more than USD 15 million.
Business knowledge of IWPB (International Wealth and Premier Banking) products and HSBC channels.
Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills across direct and indirect teams.
Knowledge of financial management for programmes and portfolios.
Self-management with strong analytical capabilities and abstract thinking.
Ability to provide a 360-degree view of the business.
Focus on developing long-term strategy and vision.
Understanding of both business and technology topics.

Responsabilidades

Oversee order book and value management activities.
Stakeholder management, portfolio prioritisation facilitation, benefits realisation, cost management and resource & capability management.
Support Transformation/Programme/Delivery Heads or Directors to manage their portfolio(s) and implement required ways of working.
