Formación

• Intermediate English, including written communication skills.
• Experience managing long-term technology investment project portfolios valued at more than USD 15 million.
• Business knowledge of HSBC IWPB products and channels.
• Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills across direct and indirect teams.
• Knowledge of financial management for programmes and portfolios and benefits realisation.
• Self-management with strong analytical capabilities and abstract thinking to prepare materials for senior management.
• Ability to provide a 360-degree view of the business and develop long-term strategy and vision.
• Understanding of both business and technology topics.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee order book and value management activities.
• Stakeholder management, portfolio prioritisation facilitation, benefits realisation, cost management and resource & capability management.
• Support Transformation/Programme/Delivery Heads and central PMO to implement required ways of working within their teams.
