Félix is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Customer Surfaces & Messaging to drive the end-to-end strategy and execution for the Félix App, WhatsApp experience, and core Messaging Gateway. You will shape the surface portfolio roadmap, optimize provider economics, and ensure a seamless conversational experience across channels.
Partner with Product Design and Engineering to build intuitive, scalable touchpoints for Latino immigrants.
Formación
- Strong product craft for customer-facing interfaces across mobile apps, web, and multi-channel experiences.
- Experience partnering with design and engineering to translate user needs into polished shipped experiences.
- Strong grasp of usability, IA, accessibility, experimentation and behavioral metrics.
Responsabilidades
- Own the surface portfolio and roadmap from research to launch.
- Own the Félix App end-to-end: strategy, requirements, and delivery.
- Own WhatsApp strategy, Meta relationship, and provider economics optimization.
- Ensure surface experiences preserve a shared conversational UX across channels.
