SPIN, the FEMSA fintech unit, is seeking a seasoned Product Manager IC5 for the Merchant Experience Platform. You will own the long-term vision, shape priorities, and drive cross-functional initiatives across payments, reconciliation, self-service, and related services.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data and Business teams to craft a scalable platform, elevate merchant experience, and define success metrics with robust instrumentation and experimentation.

Formación

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Ability to define and communicate product vision, strategy, OKRs, roadmaps and tradeoffs.
• Mastery of product craft including discovery, framing, PRDs and usability testing.
• Advanced analytics capability including metrics, instrumentation and experimentation.
• Strong platform thinking and collaboration with engineering on web platforms and APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Own long-term vision and 6–12 month strategy for Merchant Experience Platform.
• Set high bar for product discovery and translate merchant problems into clear decisions.
• Build a coherent, scalable platform with reusable capabilities.
• Make analytics central to strategy, prioritization and iteration.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Product, Technology, Design, Data, Marketing, Legal and Security.
• Improve activation, engagement, and self-service across the platform.
