Félix is building a high-scale, end-to-end remittance platform and is seeking a senior product leader to define the orchestration layer that handles routing, compliance checks, partner calls, payouts, and retries. This role focuses on platform integrity and multi-product evolution beneath remittance as the foundation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with at least 3 years owning a platform, infrastructure, API, or backend product servicing engineering teams.
• Strong grounding in distributed-systems concepts and design discussions with senior engineers.
• Experience in payments, remittance, banking, ledger or transaction-processing domains.
• Exceptional written communication; specs and contracts as references.
• Direct comfort with data: querying, dashboards, anomaly investigation.
• Track record of pushing back on stakeholders when needed and being right.
• Equivalent competencies in related areas will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Define the orchestration platform boundaries, primitives, and non-goals.
• Own sequencing and migration approach for multi-product onboarding on the platform.
• Define contracts, workflow interfaces, idempotency, retries, timeouts, and state visibility.
• Lead platform engineering roadmap, balancing reliability with platform investments.
• Represent the platform to operations, compliance, and finance; collaborate on architecture decisions.
