Félix is seeking a senior software engineer to shape the core architecture of our fintech platform. You will work across three squads — Payments, Disbursements, and GRC — to build, optimize, and scale backend microservices that power cross-border financial operations.
The role emphasizes secure, high-performance systems, with experience in payments and compliance. We welcome candidates who thrive in a remote, fast-growth environment and are eager to mentor others and drive platform-wide
Formación
- 5+ years of experience building scalable backend systems in fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record in Fintech or payments domains and secure, compliant architectures.
- Experience designing web services and APIs with a solid foundation in algorithms & data structures.
Responsabilidades
- Architect and implement scalable backend microservices for Payments, Disbursements, or GRC squads.
- Develop and optimize secure transaction processing and payment workflows.
- Design robust, compliant onboarding, KYC, and protection systems.
- Build and maintain infrastructure capable of handling millions of daily requests.
- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
