Félix is building a core orchestration platform to manage cross-border remittance workflows end-to-end. This senior product role focuses on defining platform contracts, sequencing, and observability, enabling future products on top of the platform.

You will partner with engineering, compliance, and finance to ensure reliability and scalable growth. We seek a seasoned product leader with 5+ years in platform-backed PM roles, strong distributed-systems knowledge, and excellent written

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in product management with platform ownership experience.
• Strong grounding in distributed-systems concepts and durable workflows.
• Payments/remittance or banking domain experience is preferred.
• Exceptional written communication and clear specs.
• Direct comfort with data: dashboards, queries, anomalies.

Aufgaben

• Define platform boundaries, primitives, and non-goals.
• Own sequencing and migration path for multiple products on the platform.
• Define contracts, workflow interfaces, idempotency, retries, and observability docs.
• Lead roadmap and delivery for platform reliability and metrics.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and finance on architecture decisions.
