Kojo is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to build tooling, golden paths, and self-service abstractions that empower product teams to move fast. This role emphasizes infrastructure-first software engineering, not just operations, with strong emphasis on IaC, platform tooling, and scalable cloud architecture.

This senior position requires deep experience with AWS, EKS, TypeScript/Node, and modern CI/CD practices.

Formación

• Strong AWS services knowledge.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript/Node.
• Solid understanding of parallel programming and system design.
• Experience with PostgreSQL ORM (Prisma/Slonik) and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on with infrastructure as code using Terraform, Pulumi, or similar.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and production Kubernetes (EKS) environments.
• Familiar with observability tooling and vendor-agnostic standards.

Responsabilidades

• IaC repos: typed component resources, factories, multi-env stacks (Pulumi, Terraform).
• Manage the EKS platform with Karpenter autoscaling and GitOps via ArgoCD, Kargo, Helm.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and release automation.
• Develop developer-experience tooling and AI-driven development workflows.
• Oversee observability, network security, SOC 1/2 automation, and compliance artifacts.
