EarnIn is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate agentic systems that power our platform. The role spans Kubernetes (AWS EKS), CI/CD (GitHub Actions), GitOps (Argo CD), and Cortex, with opportunities to travel to Mountain View.

The position is ideally hybrid from Mexico City, with remote considered. You will reduce operational toil by building AI agents, automating provisioning, and ensuring security and governance for production AI systems.

Formación

• 4+ years in cloud infrastructure for large-scale, high-availability systems.
• Hands-on production AI-driven systems with agentic workflows.
• Strong AWS (EKS, Lambda, Bedrock) knowledge and Kubernetes scale experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and operate AI agents in production with governance patterns.
• Implement agentic patterns for cloud infrastructure and mentor engineers.
• Operate high-availability distributed systems on AWS and improve automation.
• Contribute to Cortex and guardrail policies for AI-powered platforms.
