EarnIn is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to design, build, and run AI-powered platform infrastructure that supports product teams with velocity and safety. You will work across Kubernetes (AWS EKS), GitOps (Argo CD), CI/CD (GitHub Actions), and Cortex to create agentic systems and automation that reduce toil.

Hybrid from Mexico City with possible remote work. You will independently design solutions, re-architect components, and mentor engineers while aligning with team direction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in cloud infrastructure and large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading platform initiatives.
• Hands-on experience building AI-driven, production systems.
• Experience reducing toil with agentic AI on meaningful workflows.
• Strong knowledge of AWS (EKS, Lambda) and container/serverless architectures.
• Kubernetes at scale with resilient designs.
• IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible) and agentic automation.
• Datadog observability and metrics-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks and prompt engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and operate AI agents in production and governance patterns.
• Implement agentic patterns for cloud infra and mentor others.
• Operate high-availability distributed systems on AWS and improve reliability.
• Contribute to Cortex developer platform and AI-assisted self-service tooling.
• Document architectures and procedures; participate in on-call rotations.
