EarnIn is transforming how engineers build on a platform powered by AI agents and agentic infrastructure. The Senior Platform Engineer will design, implement, and operate core systems on AWS/EKS, driving automation and reliability across developer tooling and CI/CD pipelines.

You will work in a hybrid setup from Mexico City, with remote options. EarnIn offers healthcare, internet and cell phone reimbursement, a learning stipend, and travel opportunities to Mountain View, CA.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in cloud infrastructure with large-scale, high-availability distributed systems.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading well-scoped platform initiatives within your team.
• Hands-on experience building and operating AI-driven systems in production, including agentic workflows.
• Strong coding ability in Python and/or Go, with infrastructure and agentic systems as software.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and operate AI agents and agentic infrastructure in production.
• Implement cloud infrastructure patterns and mentor engineers on agentic patterns, LLM integration, and prompt engineering.
• Operate high-availability distributed systems on AWS, with AI-driven observability and automated remediation.
• Develop Cortex-based self-service features to scaffold services and debug deployments via natural language.
• Document agentic architecture and participate in on-call rotations to improve reliability.
