EarnIn is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate agentic systems and core infrastructure powering our platform. You will work across Kubernetes (AWS EKS), GitOps (Argo CD), CI/CD (GitHub Actions), and Cortex, developing AI agents and automation to reduce toil and increase platform leverage for engineering teams.

As a senior engineer, you will independently design solutions, re-architect components, and adopt new technologies with minimal guidance, building agents for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in cloud infrastructure with large-scale, high-availability distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience building and operating AI-driven systems in production.
• Experience with AWS services (EKS, Lambda, Bedrock) and containerized/serverless architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes at scale and IaC tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and operate agentic AI-enabled infrastructure.
• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices on agentic patterns.
• Operate high-availability distributed systems on AWS and improve observability.
• Contribute to Cortex and CI/CD tooling to empower developers.
• Document architecture and participate in on-call rotations.
