HR PATH is seeking a SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to lead payroll implementation projects for Mexican payroll, leveraging SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors ECP best practices. You will map requirements, configure solutions, and report to the client project manager and HR PATH service manager.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in IT or engineering and involvement in at least 3 SAP HCM/Employee Central Payroll projects, with strong customer communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or systems engineering.
• At least 3 projects with SAP HCM Payroll/Employee Central Payroll.
• Good communication skills with the customer.
• Employee Central Payroll implementations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analysis of customer needs and mapping with SuccessFactors ECP for Mexican Payroll.
• Validation of requirements for applying best practices.
• Be the main contact during the process implementation.
• Configure SAP HCM Payroll/ECP according to client requirements.
• Document the solution and transfer knowledge to key users.
• Support testing and unit/integral tests of the solution.
• Upgrade and deploy the SAP HCM Payroll solution.
• Travel at least 25% or utilize remote work.
