Chamberlain Group México is seeking a Business Automation Analyst to partner with stakeholders, translate processes into clear requirements, and identify automation opportunities across UiPath, Power Automate, SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365.

You will coordinate initiatives from discovery through implementation, maintain project docs, manage risks, and ensure solutions deliver measurable value while collaborating with IT and external partners.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project coordination, automation, operations, or related field.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and supporting projects through design, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.
  • Experience facilitating meetings or workshops with cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, risks, objectives, and desired outcomes.
  • Elicit, define, and analyze requirements; develop current-state and future-state process maps and user stories.
  • Identify and assess automation opportunities based on value, feasibility, risk, and impact.
  • Maintain the automation intake pipeline and project portfolio with milestones, risks, and decisions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities among stakeholders, IT, developers, and external partners; escalate blockers when needed.
  • Document detailed business rules, data needs, and handoffs for design and development.
  • Support solution reviews to ensure designs meet requirements and address risks.
  • Develop UAT plans, test cases, and traceability to requirements; coordinate testing and sign-off.
  • Support implementation, change management, go-live readiness, and post-launch support.
  • Develop automation performance reporting including hours saved, cycle-time reduction, and value realized.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify or redesign processes before automation; sustain continuous improvement.

Descripción del empleo

This role is within CG's Business Optimization group and supports the organization's automation and process improvement portfolio. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, risks, and objectives; identify and assess automation opportunities; and translate business needs into clear requirements and business cases; (ii) coordinate automation initiatives from discovery through implementation by maintaining project documentation, tracking actions, risks, decisions, testing, and delivery milestones; and (iii) serve as a liaison between business teams, IT, and external automation partners to ensure solutions are practical, well-documented, adopted, and delivering measurable value. The role will support technologies and processes that may include UiPath, Power Automate, Power Apps, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise platforms.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand current-state processes, pain points, business rules, risks, objectives, and desired outcomes; elicit, define, and analyze requirements.
  • Facilitate process discovery sessions and develop current-state and future-state process maps, requirements documents, process design documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
  • Identify and assess automation opportunities based on business value, feasibility, complexity, risk, expected hours saved, cycle-time reduction, quality improvement, and customer or employee impact.
  • Maintain the automation intake pipeline and project portfolio, including project status, milestones, action items, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, benefits, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities among business stakeholders, IT, automation developers, and external partners to keep projects progressing and **escalate blockers when needed**.
  • Document detailed business rules, process variations, exception scenarios, data requirements, system interactions, controls, and handoffs needed for solution design and development.
  • Support solution reviews to confirm proposed automation designs meet business requirements, align with standard processes, and address identified risks and exceptions.
  • Develop user acceptance testing plans, test cases, expected results, and traceability to requirements; coordinate business testing, defect resolution, retesting, and stakeholder sign-off.
  • Support implementation, training, change management, go-live readiness, post launch support, and transition to ongoing business and technical support ownership.
  • Develop and maintain automation performance reporting, including pipeline health, delivery status, hours saved, utilization, exception rates, cycle-time reduction, quality improvements, and realized business value.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, or redesign processes before automation and support continuous improvement after implementation.
  • Create clear executive and stakeholder updates that summarize progress, accomplishments, risks, decisions needed, and upcoming milestones.
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
Experience:
  • 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project coordination, automation, operations, or a related field.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and supporting projects through design, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.
  • Experience facilitating meetings or workshops with cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple priorities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong business analysis skills, including the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements, process documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong process mapping and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, process gaps, exceptions, and improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to develop basic business cases and metrics that estimate and communicate potential benefits, such as labor savings, cycle-time reduction, quality improvement, and risk reduction.
  • Strong project coordination skills and working knowledge of project delivery methodologies, including maintaining plans, action items, dependencies, and status reporting, and guiding a solution from discovery through design, development, testing, deployment, hyper care, and transition to support.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; builds productive relationships, manages expectations, follows through on commitments, communicates risks or delays early, and explains process and technical concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; self-driven, proactive, and able to maintain momentum across multiple initiatives.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and rapidly learn new business processes, technologies, and environments.
