Clara is a leading spend management platform in Latin America seeking a People Partner to lead people strategy for Global Engineering and Data. You will bridge business goals with people success and attract top talent to sustain Clara's growth in the region.

You will partner with Engineering leadership, manage full recruitment, advise managers, drive employer branding, and lead People Analytics via BambooHR to shape a high-ownership culture at speed.

Formación

• 8+ years in People Partner, HRBP or Talent Acquisition for Engineering/Data.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced tech environments.
• Strong analytics to drive organizational health.

Responsabilidades

• Act as strategic partner to Engineering leadership to define talent needs and solutions.
• Manage full recruitment cycle for Engineering and Data teams.
• Provide consultative support to managers on people management and metrics.
• Develop and execute Employer Branding to attract local talent.
• Manage HR KPIs and People Analytics via BambooHR and other tools.
• Support organizational development and inclusive culture initiatives.
• Stay updated on Mexican/LatAm market trends for talent strategies.
