Clara, a leading B2B fintech in Latin America, seeks an experienced Brand Leader to own Clara's brand identity end-to-end. You will build and lead a creative team and develop AI-powered production tools to deliver on-brand work at scale.

You will partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and People to ensure consistency across customer touchpoints and employer branding. Join a fast-growing company with a strong regional footprint and a commitment to ownership, clarity, and impact.

Formación

• 8+ years leading brand, creative, or design teams.
• Portfolio with end-to-end identity systems, rebrands, or campaigns.
• Experience hiring and growing high-performing creative teams.
• Strong operational instincts for scalable processes.
• Hands-on experience using AI in creative production to scale output.
• Excellent craft across visual identity, typography, voice, and motion.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and leadership on brand strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Own Clara's brand identity end to end across all touchpoints.
• Build and lead a brand team of designers, writers, motion and production talent.
• Develop AI-powered brand production tooling and workflows.
• Prototype fast and validate with real usage, scale what works.
• Set operating rhythm for brand work: intake, briefs, reviews, approvals.
• Lead concept development, art direction, and hands-on craft for flagship moments.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth, and Sales for consistent brand presence.
• Partner with People and Recruiting to strengthen Clara's employer brand.
