Clara Lending Co. in Mexico City is seeking a seasoned People Partner to lead the people strategy for our Global Engineering and Data teams.

You will partner with leadership to identify talent needs, shape attraction and retention programs, and ensure a world-class candidate experience while maintaining Clara’s fast-paced, high-ownership culture. This role emphasizes HR analytics, employer branding, and data-driven decision making, with a hybrid work model, ESOP, and a generous learning budget.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in People Partner, HRBP, or Talent Acquisition roles.
• Experience supporting Engineering and Data teams.
• Proven experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of HR analytics and KPIs; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as strategic partner to Engineering leadership to identify talent needs and develop integrated attraction and retention solutions.
• Manage full recruitment cycle from profile definition to offer, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
• Provide consultative support to managers on people management, performance metrics, and feedback.
• Develop and execute Employer Branding strategies to attract local talent aligned with Clara’s culture.
• Manage HR metrics and People Analytics processes to support data-driven decisions; participate in organizational development.
