Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist to deliver advanced payroll support and manage high‑complexity payrolls with accuracy and compliance. You will collaborate with HR, Rewards, and IT teams to drive process improvements and ensure timely payroll processing.

You will work in a hybrid model, handling multi-state and off-cycle payrolls, while supporting audits, W‑2s, and regulatory updates. English proficiency and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accountability or Administration.
• Proven working experience in Payroll, Labor Relations, HR.
• Experience with ADP, Workday, KRONOS.
• Strong hands-on experience in U.S. Payroll is required.
• Advance Excel skills.
• Fully Bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced payroll support to clients by responding to payroll inquiries, explaining payroll results, and assisting with issue resolution in coordination with Payroll Client Managers.
• Process and support complex payrolls, including multi-state, off-cycle, and adjusted payrolls.
• Research and resolve more complex payroll discrepancies, historical adjustments, and corrections.
• Assist with payroll audits, register reviews, and compliance checks to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Support quarterly and year-end payroll activities, including W-2s, 1099s, amended filings, and agency correspondence.
• Maintain accurate payroll system data, including earnings, deductions, tax configurations, and employee records.
