The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Payroll Advisor to establish a robust payroll operation for the Americas, focusing on US payroll processes and LATAM compliance. You will work with HR Ops, Finance and vendors to deliver accurate, timely payroll while driving continuous improvement and strong partnerships.

The role emphasizes high-volume processing, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive mindset in a hybrid environment across the Americas. English fluency is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accountability or administration.
• Proven working experience in Payroll, Labor Relations, HR.
• Experience with US Payroll; LATAM payroll with high-volume processing and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Support consistent, timely payroll processes for US Company Codes.
• Collaborate with HR Ops, T&A, Finance, Global Mobility to ensure data flow.
• Design business rules and perform testing with Payroll Vendor and Development Team.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve payroll quality, controls and efficiency.
• Process weekly and special payrolls for thousands of employees.
