Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, hands-on US payroll experience, and advanced Excel skills. This position emphasizes collaboration with HR, Rewards, and other teams and requires full English proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accountability or Administration.
• Proven working experience in Payroll, Labor Relations, HR.
• Experience with ADP, Workday, KRONOS.
• Strong hands-on experience in U.S. Payroll is required.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fully bilingual.

Aufgaben

• Provide advanced payroll support to clients by responding to payroll inquiries and assisting with issue resolution.
• Process and support complex payrolls, including multi-state, off-cycle, and adjusted payrolls.
• Research and resolve complex payroll discrepancies and root-cause analyses.
• Assist with payroll audits, register reviews, and regulatory checks.
• Support quarterly and year-end payroll activities (W-2s, 1099s) under leadership.
• Maintain accurate payroll system data and assist with testing and validations.
• Assist with deductions, garnishments, retirement contributions, and benefits premiums.
• Generate and review payroll reports and prepare client and internal reports.
• Serve as a peer resource for Payroll Specialists and share best practices.
• Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and quality controls.
• Collaborate with HR, Rewards, Digital, and BPI teams.
