The LEGO Group in Monterrey is hiring a Sr. Payroll Advisor (Temporary) to help build a sustainable payroll function for the Americas. You will lead US payroll operations, partner with HR Ops, Finance and vendors, and ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing across multiple projects.

Required: Bachelor’s degree, strong U.S. payroll experience, ADP/Workday/KRONOS proficiency, Advanced Excel, and bilingual English/Spanish. Hybrid work options and a comprehensive benefits program available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accountability or administration.
• Proven working experience in Payroll, HR, or labor relations.
• Experience with ADP, Workday, KRONOS and strong U.S. payroll knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Support consistent, timely, and reliable payroll processes for the Americas.
• Help establish a high-performing payroll department within the BSO team.
• Design business rules and perform testing with vendors and development teams.
• Collaborate with HR Ops, T&A, Finance, Global Mobility, Benefits to ensure data flow.
• Implement process improvements to increase controls and compliance.
