Job summary

The LEGO Group in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a Payroll Specialist to handle advanced payroll tasks for diverse clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

You will work with Payroll Client Managers, HR, Rewards, and IT teams to resolve issues, perform audits, and support year-end activities, while maintaining bilingual communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in payroll, HR, or administration.
• Proven payroll, labor relations, or HR experience.
• Experience with ADP, Workday, and Kronos required.
• Strong Excel skills and bilingual communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced payroll support to clients and assist with issue resolution.
• Process and support complex payrolls, including multi-state and off-cycle runs.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis.
• Assist with audits, register reviews, and compliance checks for payroll regulations.
• Support quarter- and year-end activities, including W-2s.
• Collaborate with HR, Rewards, Digital, and BPI teams to ensure integrated service.
