Job summary

The LEGO Group seeks a Sr. Payroll Advisor to establish a balanced, high-performing payroll function for the Americas within the BSO team. You will build reliable payroll operations, ensure accuracy, and foster partnerships across HR Ops, Finance and Global Mobility.

Key responsibilities include executing US payroll for company codes, driving process improvements, and collaborating with vendors to ensure compliant, timely payroll delivery in a dynamic, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in administration or related field.
• Proven experience in payroll, labor relations or HR.
• Experience with ADP, Workday and Kronos.
• Strong U.S. payroll hands-on experience; LATAM payroll with US requirements is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fully bilingual in English and another language.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll processes for US company codes in a timely, accurate manner.
• Establish a sustainable, high-performing payroll function for the Americas.
• Collaborate with HR Ops, Finance, and Global Mobility to ensure data flow.
• Design business rules and test with payroll vendor/development teams.
• Lead continuous improvement to increase controls and automation.
• Deliver compliant payroll operations and timely reporting.
• Participate in cross-project planning and testing.
