Freudenberg in Querétaro seeks a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll definitions, taxes, and deductions, ensuring accurate runs. You will collaborate with Finance, Tax, and HR teams to maintain data quality, prepare reports, and support audits in a fast-paced, highly automated environment.

The role requires 4+ years in payroll/HR administration, strong knowledge of Mexican payroll rules, and advanced Excel skills. Spanish and English proficiency expected.

Formación

• Experience in payroll and HR administration with strong attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of Mexican payroll regulations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISN, CFDI).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to inquiries professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Manage payroll definitions, codes, taxes, and deductions for accurate runs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and HR teams to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Prepare pre-payroll activities and post-run verifications for data consistency.
• Generate reports for internal and third-party stakeholders and assist audits.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and support process improvements.
