Freudenberg is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist for its Querétaro plant. The role handles vendor payments, prepares checks and wires, and ensures proper posting of expenditures. You will support receivables, perform bank account checks, and reconcile accounts.

Collaboration with payroll and tax transfers is required. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, 2 years in manufacturing (auto preferred), and strong English skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting or finance is required.
• 2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably automotive.
• Strong English skills and ability to work with international stakeholders.
• Knowledge of taxes, internal controls, bank transactions, and financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Program vendor payments for Querétaro plant and suppliers.
• Prepare checks, wire transfers, and bank deposits.
• Register expenditures according to procedures.
• Support receivables and verify bank accounts for correct postings.
• Perform account reconciliation and review fixed assets and cash movements.
• Handle payroll and tax transfers in coordination with finance.
