Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies de Mexico S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage payroll definitions, codes, tax and deductions, and to ensure accurate payroll runs in Querétaro, Mexico.

You will collaborate with Finance, Tax, Total Rewards, and Mobility teams to maintain data quality, support policy creation, and produce essential payroll reports. The role requires 4+ years of payroll/HR experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and advanced Excel/ADP/Workday/SAP HCM skills.

Formación

• 4+ years of payroll and HR management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Mexico payroll regulations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISN, CFDI).
• Ability to organize workload to meet objectives.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• English proficiency to read technical manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Manage payroll definitions, codes, scheduling, tax and deductions to ensure accurate payroll runs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Total Rewards, Workforce Administration and Global Mobility teams for data quality.
• Support policy/process/learning material creation and maintain knowledge management content.
• Extract and manage employee information to complete internal reports for Business Groups.
• Perform pre-payroll and production activities to process payroll.
• Review third-party deliveries and provide feedback on adjustments.
• Conduct post-run verifications for data consistency and audit readiness.
• Report verification results to Payroll Manager to support efficiency and quality.
• Generate and manage reports for other units and third-party entities to close payroll cycles.
• Ensure controls and governance: data reviews, regulatory knowledge (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISN, CFDI), reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Finance to document and transmit payroll details to the general ledger.
• Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and stakeholders with timely resolution.
