Job summary

Carter's Inc. Mexico is seeking a Payroll professional to manage gross payroll processing across Retail, Corporate, and Nearshoring teams.

You will handle overtime, holidays, vacation premiums, and other payroll concepts while ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will collect attendance data, review incidences and leaves, calculate severance and final settlements at termination, and ensure tax withholdings and employer contributions align with Mexican regulations.

• Payroll Processing duties for Retail, Corporate, Nearshoring.
• Time & Attendance management including attendance records, payroll incidences, and leaves.
• Termination Management including severance, seniority premiums, final settlements.

Responsibilities

• Calculate gross payroll, including overtime, statutory holidays, vacation premium, and other payroll concepts.
• Collect, review, and validate attendance records, payroll incidences, and medical leaves.
• Calculate severance payments, seniority premiums, and final settlements upon employee termination.
