Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing: Calculate gross payroll, including overtime, holidays and other payroll concepts for Retail, Corporate, and Nearshoring employees.
• Time & Attendance Management: Collect, review, and validate attendance records and payroll incidences and medical leaves for all employee groups.
• Termination Management: Calculate severance payments, seniority premiums and final settlements upon termination.
• Legal and Tax Compliance: Calculate and process income tax withholdings and employer contributions per Mexican regulations.
• Government Institution Administration: Manage payroll-related processes with government platforms (IDSE, FONACOT).
• Payroll Reporting: Analyze payroll information and prepare workpapers for payroll close and reconciliations.
• Payroll Projects: Support implementation and optimization of payroll systems and related processes.
