Chemours International Operations Sàrl in Altamira is seeking a Sr. Payroll Analyst to join the People team. This role administers end-to-end payroll cycles biweekly and monthly, ensuring compliance across exempt/non-exempt employees and multi-state populations.

You will partner with Finance, Compensation, and Benefits, support SOX controls, and drive payroll process improvements. A Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience, plus strong Excel and Workday familiarity, are required.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written English language communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of payroll related state, legal, tax, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated understanding of basic accounting principles including journal entries and reconciliations.

Responsabilidades

• Administer end to end payroll processes for biweekly and monthly cycles.
• Ensure compliance for exempt and non-exempt employees across multiple states.
• Assist with resolution of payroll issues and system problems.
• Identify process improvements and define standards for new processes.
