The role requires 2+ years in US payroll, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with SAP, Workday, ADP, or UKG. You will drive process improvements in a global team and handle confidential information with discretion.

Formación

• 2+ years of US payroll operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, taxation, and labor regulations.
• Experience with high-volume payrolls and complex pay components.
• Proficiency with payroll systems (SAP, Workday, ADP, UKG).
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Execute end-to-end US payroll processes and timely delivery.
• Validate and reconcile payroll data from multiple sources.
• Review results, identify discrepancies, resolve issues to ensure accuracy.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, HR, Finance, and leaders.
• Prioritize SLAs and manage multiple stakeholder requests.
• Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate within a global team while maintaining confidentiality.
