Chemours seeks a payroll professional to administer U.S. payroll cycles and ensure compliance with federal and local requirements. You will support error resolution, process enhancements, and documentation of SOPs, collaborating with Finance and HR to maintain accurate records.

The role covers year-end activities, SOX testing support, and equity-related payroll tasks, contributing to accurate and timely payroll delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Administer end-to-end processing for U.S. biweekly and monthly payroll cycles.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. payroll regulations for exempt and non-exempt employees including garnishments and bonuses.
• Assist in resolving payroll errors and system issues by analyzing data and implementing solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and help define standards for new payroll processes.
• Maintain U.S. payroll records in accordance with policies and retention requirements; support information requests.
