Nebo is seeking a senior paid media manager to lead and execute paid media strategies across multiple channels for diverse clients. You will collaborate with the director of paid media and guide a team while remaining hands-on with campaign management.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid search, social, display, retargeting, and analytics, with strong communication, analysis and leadership skills. This role is based in Mexico.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience.
• Experience across paid search, paid social, display and retargeting.
• Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage large budgets across multiple channels.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a Paid Media subject matter expert.
• Develop, execute, manage and report on paid media strategies that support client goals.
• Lead strategic planning sessions and team meetings.
• Review deliverables and provide feedback to other team members.
• Assist in new business efforts/sales pitches.
• Help create and execute educational initiatives for the paid media team.
• Stay on top of new industry trends and platform advancements.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide guidance and feedback.
• Work with vendors and agency partners.
• Help develop integrated digital marketing strategies with other departments.
