Tebra is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to lead Paid Search strategy, budget, and performance across channels. In collaboration with the Director, Demand Generation, you will shape strategy and oversee execution for Paid Search while guiding adjacent channels through your team.

This leadership role requires hands‑on optimization at scale, strong collaboration with partners, and clear reporting to senior leaders on wins and opportunities.

Formación

• 6+ years of digital marketing with deep Paid Search expertise.
• Strategic knowledge of PPL, Programmatic, video and paid social.
• 2+ years managing individual contributors and setting channel strategy.
• Experience with GA360, Salesforce, Tableau, Marketo and similar platforms.
• Strong project management and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Familiarity with first‑party targeting and floodlight/campaign tracking.
• Experience in healthcare or technology is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategy, budget, and performance for Paid Search.
• Direct strategy for PPL, Paid Social, and Programmatic.
• Set QA standards and escalate issues for core campaign setups.
• Provide in‑depth reporting and communicate wins to senior leaders.
• Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources across channels.
• Develop and coach a team of marketers.
• Partner with the Director, Demand Generation to establish KPIs.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy alignment.
