Job summary

Skyline Payments is seeking a Sr. Account Executive to drive top-of-funnel sales by identifying and qualifying prospective clients for payment solutions.

You will conduct high-volume outbound prospecting, perform introductions, and schedule qualified meetings for the Account Manager. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in outbound sales, strong communication and objection-handling skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of outbound sales or similar experience.
• Experience with outbound prospecting via phone, email, and leads channels.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and metrics.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills.
• Excellent objection handling and persuasive selling abilities.
• Experience conducting product demonstrations or guiding sales from prospecting to closing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to identify and engage prospective clients.
• Communicate the value of payment solutions and schedule product demonstrations.
• Lead brief 5–10 minute demonstrations or arrange appointments to gather merchant requirements.
• Collect merchant statements to support proposals.
• Schedule 20+ qualified demonstrations or meetings per month for the Account Manager.
• Build rapport and qualify opportunities through discovery conversations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager and Sales Leadership to optimize customer experience.
• Aim to consistently meet or exceed monthly activity and pipeline targets.
• Mentor junior Sales Development Representatives with best practices.
