Skyline Payments is seeking an Account Executive for a remote LATAM role. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—identifying decision-makers, conducting discovery calls, and delivering tailored product demonstrations to SMBs across multiple industries.

You will analyze merchant needs, present compelling value propositions, and negotiate terms. This role emphasizes remote collaboration, quota attainment, and growth in a fintech sales environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in merchant services, B2B sales, or outbound sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience prospecting and generating your own leads.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust and establish relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Excellent objection-handling and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business and financial data.
• Experience selling payment processing, FinTech, SaaS, or related business solutions is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
• Experience analyzing merchant statements and payment processing solutions preferred.
• Demonstrated success in a high-performance sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities.
• Identify and engage decision-makers through outbound outreach and self-generated lead development.
• Conduct consultative discovery calls and tailored product demonstrations.
• Analyze merchant processing statements and business needs to create customized proposals.
• Present compelling value propositions that address client challenges and drive business outcomes.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with confidence and professionalism.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and activity records within the CRM.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and Skyline Payments' products and services.
