Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes within a global context.
• Excellent communication with US/EMEA clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills: data synthesis, visualization, and actionable insights.
• Experience leading and coaching managers and assistant managers.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete OTC lifecycle from order to cash, with minimal supervision.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to resolve queries and disputes.
• Drive process improvement and automation opportunities using data-driven insights.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, controls, and reporting for audits.
