Job summary

Accenture is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Shared Services team in Monterrey. You will support end-to-end OTC processes, ensuring accurate execution in line with SLAs and KPIs, while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

You will drive continuous improvement, identify process gaps, and support best-practice implementation, with 1–2 years in OTC and a background in Accounting or Finance. English B2 required.

Qualifications

• Required Accounting or Finance background.
• English B2 proficiency.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; supervisory skills and process domain experience.
• 1–3 years of experience leading and motivating a team.
• Interpersonal and written communication with senior client and Accenture stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.

• Process transactions and monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
