Job summary

Aptiv is seeking an OTC Cash Applications Analyst to join our finance team in Mexico. You will support the accurate and timely application, reconciliation, and resolution of customer payments within a global Order-to-Cash environment.

You will analyze remittance data, perform reconciliations in SAP/HighRadius, and collaborate with Treasury, Billing, and Collections to maintain accurate customer accounts and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1 year of OTC, Cash Applications, AR, or bank reconciliations.
• Advanced English for global teams and banks.
• Experience with SAP or ERP, including open-item review.

Responsibilities

• Apply and clear payments in SAP or HighRadius.
• Reconcile bank accounts and AR daily/monthly.
• Investigate unidentified payments and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Billing, Collections, and others.
• Create and close cases in ServiceNow.
• Prepare cash applications reports and KPI analyses.
