Corning Inc. in Monterrey is seeking an IT Solution Architect for Order to Cash to be the strategic technology partner for global OTC processes.

You will lead end-to-end IT design and architecture, collaborating with business process owners and cross-functional teams across the globe to drive efficiency and growth. You will translate complex business needs into scalable designs, run solution reviews, and ensure seamless integration with ERP/CRM and data analytics tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of IT solution architecture experience focused on Order to Cash processes.
Solid knowledge of ERP platforms supporting OTC, including SAP SD/AR and order management.
Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable IT solution designs and documentation.
Experience working with global, cross-functional teams and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Design and architect scalable OTC IT solutions including order management, billing, credit, collections, and cash application.
Collaborate with stakeholders across commercial, finance, and operations to capture requirements and create blueprints.
Lead solution reviews, evaluations, and cross-functional workshops to identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure OTC solutions integrate with ERP, CRM, financial platforms, and data analytics tools globally.
