Confidential Careers is partnering with a global multinational in Mexico to recruit an O2C Customer Service Specialist. You will handle Order-to-Cash processes, work closely with international customers, and support order management in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

The ideal candidate has advanced English, strong communication skills, and experience in customer service within chemical or pharmaceutical settings, including 3PL exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Order-to-Cash, Order Management, or related processes.
• Experience within chemical or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
• Experience in 3PL
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
• Advanced English proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment
