Qualifikationen

• 6-10 years of experience in financial services, preferably with banking exposure.
• Experience with client onboarding and AML requirements.
• Knowledge of Citi KYC, Filenet and related systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Manage professional teams and departments through delegation of tasks and responsibilities.
• Conduct performance evaluations, staffing, and coaching to meet staffing requirements.
• Monitor quality and efficiency of outcomes and oversee training needs.
• Develop budgets, policies, and short-term resource planning.
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Provide judgment based on analysis in complex, unique situations.
• Ensure essential procedures are followed and define standards.
• Operate with limited supervision and demonstrate independence.
