Fontis Energy is seeking an experienced Tool Pusher to oversee safety, efficiency, production, and client relations aboard the drilling unit. You will provide on‑board leadership to align with program requirements and Fontis Energy policies.

You will supervise rig movement, preloading, maintenance, procurement, and daily operations meetings with OIM and crew to ensure safe, timely, and compliant operations; you will also prepare weekly reports and coordinate maintenance across departments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school degree or equivalent acceptable.
• 5+ years of oil and gas industry experience.
• Valid well control certificate required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise rig preloading and leg penetration during movement and placement.
• Plan and supervise rig activities, maintenance of drilling fluids, and rigging.
• Order rig supplies and ensure items are on hand when needed.
• Make decisions on equipment utilization to avoid damage.
• Conduct daily operations meetings with key personnel to plan evolutions.
• Write and approve weekly reports with the OIM on operations and status.
• Oversee rig preventive maintenance and coordinate with departments.
• Handle other duties assigned by Company Management.
