Fontis Energy is seeking an offshore Operations Integrity Manager (OIM) to lead drilling unit operations, safety, efficiency and client relations. You will provide onboard leadership and direction to meet customers' drilling program requirements within Fontis Energy’s policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include supervising drilling, marine and maintenance activities, planning rig movements, budgeting, and reporting to the Rig Manager.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher; relevant field.
• USCG MODU OIM license (Unrestricted or actively pursued).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an OIM.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise drilling, marine, and maintenance operations with safety and efficiency in mind.
• Plan and monitor rig activities, repairs, and logistics.
• Oversee rig positioning, mooring, and leg penetration during movement.
• Ensure optimal use and maintenance of rig equipment.
• Lead daily operational meetings with key personnel.
• Execute Fontis orders during adverse weather and emergencies.
• Order and manage rig supplies to ensure continuous operations.
• Communicate with the Operator's on-site rep to align plans.
• Maintain strong client relations and report progress to Rig Manager.
• Act as primary contact for customer service matters on the rig.
• Complete paperwork, records, and reports accurately and timely.
• Control budget to balance safety, efficiency, and costs.
• Oversee catering staff and onsite accommodations hygiene.
