Fontis Energy seeks an experienced Night Tool Pusher to lead drilling unit operations, ensure safety, and maintain client relations within Fontis Energy programs. You will direct onboard activities, supervise maintenance, and coordinate with OIM and marine staff to meet daily drilling objectives.

The role requires substantial offshore experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of safe, efficient operations in oil and gas environments.

Formación

• Requires leadership experience in drilling operations and safety.
• Strong communication and management abilities are essential.
• Experience with offshore marine operations and environmental regs is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise rig preloading and leg penetration during movement and placement.
• Plan and supervise rig activities including repairs and maintenance.
• Order rig supplies and ensure items are on hand when needed.
• Make decisions on equipment utilization to avoid damage or downtime.
• Lead daily operations meetings with key personnel to plan evolutions.
• Oversee weekly reports outlining operations and equipment status.
