Fontis Energy seeks an Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) to lead and direct drilling unit operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction on offshore rigs. You will supervise drilling, marine, and maintenance activities, coordinate with on-site personnel, and maintain regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in offshore environments, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure situations.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Supervise drilling, marine, and maintenance operations.
• Plan, execute, and monitor rig activities and logistics.
• Oversee rig positioning, mooring, and leg penetration during movement.
• Maintain equipment and prevent unnecessary damage.
• Lead daily operational meetings with key personnel.
• Support operations during adverse weather and emergencies.
• Order and manage rig supplies for continuous operation.
• Communicate with Operator's on-site representative.
• Maintain client relations with the organization and stakeholders.
• Report progress and challenges to Rig Manager.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customer service on the rig.
• Complete paperwork, records, and reports accurately.
• Control costs while maintaining safety and efficiency.
• Oversee catering staff for hygiene and food quality.
• Ensure drills involve lifesaving and emergency equipment per regulations.
• Ensure crew understand emergency response plans.
