Fontis Energy is seeking a Rig Manager to lead safe, efficient, and profitable operations for the drilling unit. You will drive strategy, shape plans, and guide execution on the rig to meet operating objectives.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with senior leaders, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies while developing talent and maintaining strong client relationships.

Fluent English and extensive drilling experience are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive drilling industry experience with managerial level.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee overall rig performance against targets.
• Prepare and manage rig budget/forecast.
• Collaborate with area leadership to meet company goals.
• Champion safety culture and safe practices on rig.
• Manage customer relationships and start-up activities.
• Ensure compliance with acts, regulations, and company policies.
• Develop leadership capabilities among rig personnel.
• Oversee training and appraisals per directives.
