Fontis Energy is seeking a hands-on Operations Coordinator to participate in vessel loading and unloading, helicopter operations, and rig move activities. The role emphasizes safety, procedural compliance, and reliable handovers between shifts on offshore facilities.

You will support deck and rig floor operations, assist with mud handling and maintenance tasks, and contribute to equipment readiness and crane systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school degree or equivalent acceptable.
• 3 years’ experience in oil and gas industry; 1 year in the position preferred.
• Computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent English desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Safe and efficient execution of operations as per procedures.
• Thorough handovers at each daily change of shift.
• Carry out lifting operation duties as directed.
• Aid in the mixing of mud chemicals, pit / tank cleaning and pump room maintenance.
• Perform regular steel preparation and painting to maintain the unit.
• Carry out helideck duties as instructed.
• Any other matters as deemed necessary by Company Management.
• Deck or rig floor operations as required or directed.
• Preparation for future drilling operations.
• Organizing and supervising the deck crews.
• Maintenance of cranes and other relevant lifting appliances.
• Relieve on drill floor and in other areas as required and directed.
