Grundfos is seeking an IND CSSC OEM Customer Service Senior Representative to deliver engineering-driven support to OEM customers and internal teams. You will guide product selection, troubleshoot applications, and manage orders to ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes strong SAP knowledge, customer service excellence, and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Hybrid work setup with office and home-working, reflecting our flexible workplace culture.

Formación

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
1-3 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or order management.
In-depth knowledge of SAP (CRM/SD/MM).
Strong written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

Provide engineering-driven support to OEM customers and internal stakeholders.
Resolve complex technical challenges and guide product selection and application guidance.
Handle pricing, delivery information, and use pricing systems and SAP.
Promote digital tools and manage export documentation and product returns.
Provide 2nd line support for escalated inquiries and assist with order management through the order-to-delivery process.
