Grundfos is seeking a Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement to drive CI initiatives across our global manufacturing network from the San Luis Potosí facility. You will lead the Division CI network, deploy GPS, coach plant leadership, and embed CI across projects and operations.

You have a track record in Lean, 10–15 years in manufacturing, and strong coaching skills to build plant-level CI roadmaps and measurable improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Master's degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration.
• 10–15 years of manufacturing experience with proven Production System deployment across regions.
• Extensive experience implementing Continuous Improvement and Lean processes in large-scale manufacturing.
• Strong track record leading CI teams and coaching senior plant leadership.

As our new CI Senior Manager, you will be driving CI initiatives in Grundfos plants globally, lead the Division CI network, deploying CI strategies and the Grundfos Production System (GPS), while coaching plant leadership teams to achieve breakthrough continuous improvement results across multiple sites. This position reports directly to the Director, Operational Excellence and will operate daily out of the San Luis Potosí, México facility. Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in Mexico without support.

What You Will Be Doing

In a matrix organization, as a key part of the Operational Excellence team and the Divisional Operations team, you'll create impact by driving measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance by building CI capability and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across our global manufacturing operations.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Drive Continues Improvement initiatives in Grundfos Plants globally within the Division
• Develop and lead the Division Plant CI teams through training and on the job development
• Coach Plant Managers, APU Leaders, and support functions on CI tools deployment and build plant-level CI improvement roadmaps through regular Genba presence
• Deploy the Grundfos Production System (GPS), lead GPS Assessments, and ensure CI standards are embedded in new projects and strategic initiatives
• Validate plant CI deployment plans against Group CI strategy using X-Matrix, A3, and TIPs, and drive SQDICP improvement opportunities
• Challenge and track CI budgets, Kaizen savings, and financial indicators to assure divisional CI results
• Drive selected Group CI initiatives, organize division CI conventions, and facilitate best practice sharing across plants and regions

What Makes You a Great Fit

Above all, you are a seasoned CI leader with deep expertise in Lean manufacturing and production system deployment, combining strong coaching abilities with a hands-on Gemba mindset and a track record of driving measurable results across international manufacturing operations.

We would also imagine that you have:

• Master's Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration
• 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing with a proven record of successful Production System deployment across regions in international companies
• Extensive experience developing and implementing Continuous Improvement and/or Lean processes within complex, large-scale manufacturing environments
• Strong experience leading and developing CI teams and coaching senior plant leadership on Lean tools and methodologies

It is a plus if you also:

• Lean Certification and/or Six Sigma Black Belt
• Background in the automotive industry or similarly rigorous manufacturing environments
• Experience with supply chain optimization, quality management, or project management
